To create an account, click on the "Sign Up" button at the top right corner of the homepage, fill in your details, and follow the prompts to complete the registration process.

• Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email with your order details.

 • For Nairobi Deliveries: Before delivery, you’ll get a text message or email with the rider’s contact number, along with the expected delivery date and time.

• For Deliveries Outside Nairobi: You’ll receive a delivery waybill, allowing you to track your order until it arrives.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Mpesa and Airtel money

We offer standard and express shipping options. Rates vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Detailed information is available during the checkout process.

Yes, we offer international shipping to East African countries. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout.

• Deliveries within Nairobi are conducted Monday through Friday between 10 AM and 7 PM. For customers in Nairobi, we offer both same-day delivery and next-day delivery, depending on the time your order is placed.

• For deliveries outside Nairobi but within Kenya and East Africa, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while express shipping takes 1-3 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your specific location.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please visit our returns page for more details and the correct process to follow.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will share your credit note via email in 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. If you go into the store you process your return, if accepted you will receive it immediately.

To return an item, log into your account, go to "Order History," select the order containing the item you wish to return, and follow the prompts to initiate a return. You will receive a return shipping label and instructions via email.
