Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your items and sizes, and add them to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your delivery details, and choose your preferred payment method. You'll receive an order confirmation via email once your order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, and other major payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes may not always be possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +254 757 818 929 or email admin@leorana.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched.
Are prices inclusive of tax?
Yes, all prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes. The price you see is the price you pay - no hidden charges at checkout.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery is not currently available. We accept secure online payments via M-Pesa, Visa, and Mastercard at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
What are your delivery options and timeframes?
We offer delivery across Kenya, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Orders within Nairobi are typically delivered within 1-3 business days. Deliveries to other parts of Kenya may take 3-7 business days depending on your location. Same-day delivery may be available for select areas - details will be shown at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We regularly offer free shipping promotions - keep an eye on our homepage for current offers.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with tracking details. You can also check your order status by logging into your account and visiting your order history.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes, we deliver across Kenya. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on your location. Enter your address at checkout to see available shipping options for your area.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within Kenya. We're working on expanding our delivery network - follow us on social media for updates on international shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, email us at admin@leorana.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
When will I receive my refund or credit note?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued. If you return an item in store and it is accepted, the credit note is issued immediately.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?
We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the size or colour you need. This ensures the fastest turnaround and avoids stock issues. Follow the standard return process to get started.
What items cannot be returned?
The following items are non-returnable: sale or discounted items, gift cards, personal care products, and any items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed. Items must be in their original condition for a return to be accepted.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We're sorry if that happens! Please contact us immediately at admin@leorana.com or via WhatsApp with photos of the item and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Products & Sizing
Are all products authentic?
Yes, 100%. LEORANA is an authorised retailer for all the brands we carry, including Mango, PUMA, Hummel, Etam, and Primark. Every item is sourced directly from the brand or its official distributors. We guarantee authenticity on every product.
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide specific to that brand. Since sizing can vary between brands (for example, Mango and PUMA may fit differently), we recommend checking the size chart on the product page before ordering. If you're still unsure, reach out to us on WhatsApp and we'll help you find the right fit.
Are items in stock or made to order?
All items listed on our site are in stock and ready to ship. If an item is out of stock, it will be marked as "Sold Out" on the product page. You can sign up for restock notifications on any sold-out product.

How do I create an account?
Tap the account icon at the top of any page and select "Create account." Fill in your name, email, and a password to get started. Having an account lets you track orders, save your addresses, and check out faster.
