Are the products on Leorana authentic?
Yes. Every Mango, PUMA, Jack & Jones, Primark and Hummel piece is sourced directly from the brands or their authorised distributors. Nothing on Leorana is a replica. The tag, packaging and care label match what you'd find in the brand's home market.
Is what I see online the same as what's in the store?
Yes. Online and in-store inventory is live and synced. If it's on the website, it's on our partner-store shelves, and vice versa.
Where do you deliver in Kenya, and how long does it take?
Nairobi orders placed before late afternoon arrive the same day; orders placed in the evening or overnight arrive the next day, two days at most. Across the rest of Kenya, delivery takes 3–5 business days. You can also collect your order for free from any Leorana partner store.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes, within 14 days, unworn and with tags attached. Returns and exchanges are accepted free of charge at any Leorana partner store. You're responsible for getting the item back to us. Underwear is non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
