Are the products on Leorana authentic?
Yes. Every Mango, PUMA, Etam, Vero Moda, Primark and Hummel piece is sourced directly from the brands or their authorised distributors. Nothing on Leorana is a replica. The tag, packaging and care label match what you'd find in the brand's home market.
Is what I see online the same as what's in the store?
Yes. Online and in-store inventory is live and synced. If it's on the website, it's on our partner-store shelves, and vice versa.
Where do you deliver in Kenya, and how long does it take?
Nairobi orders placed before late afternoon arrive the same day; orders placed in the evening or overnight arrive the next day, two days at most. Across the rest of Kenya, delivery takes 3–5 business days. You can also collect your order for free from any Leorana partner store.
How do European sizes work for Etam, Mango and Primark?
Each product page includes a size chart converting EU/UK/US to your usual fit. Etam lingerie runs to French sizing, with a band/cup conversion right on the product page. If you're unsure, our store team in Nairobi can fit you in person before you commit online.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes, within 14 days, unworn and with tags attached. Returns and exchanges are accepted free of charge at any Leorana partner store. You're responsible for getting the item back to us. Lingerie, swimwear and pierced jewellery are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
