Under-bust (bras): Measure snugly just under the bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Bust (bras): Measure around the fullest part of the bust without tightening, shoulders relaxed.
Chest: Measure around the fullest part of the chest.
Waist: Measure at the navel, the narrowest part of the torso.
Pelvis/Hip: Measure around the widest point of the buttocks.
Stand straight in front of a mirror, preferably without clothes.
If between two sizes, choose the larger one.
